Aimed at building skill of youth who have either dropped out after 12th standard or have completed graduation. currently offering marketing Skills, Office Administration and Web Designing for graduates and undergraduates; Electrical & Home Appliance Repair, Refrigeration & AC Repair and Pumps & Motor Repair for Class X educated youth. Courses offered in partnership with industry leaders.

The STI Operations Research (OR) study supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation under the Avahan, India AIDS Initiative, was undertaken jointly by the National AIDS Research Institute (NARI) Pune and FHI 360.

The Physician Leadership Program developed by VISHWAS, has been successfully tested in a community in Mumbai, and has gained a lot of recognition for its innovative practices.

A unique campaign that captured the attention of the nation. Dabbawalas, the lifeline of Mumbai were engaged in the delivery of messages related to HIV and AIDS.
